Welcome to the Refer-a-Firm program. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Refer-a-Firm program provided by Waive (“the Company”).

By participating in the Refer-a-Firm program, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not participate in the program.

1. Eligibility

1.1. The Refer-a-Firm program is open to all current agents (“Referrer”) who are active users of Waive’s software.

1.2. The new agent (“Referee”) must not be a current or former user of Waive’s software.

2. Referral Reward

2.1. The Referrer will receive one month of free Waive subscription (“Reward”) for each successful referral, subject to the conditions outlined in these Terms.

2.2. A referral is considered successful when the Referee:

• • ➔  Registers and completes the two month free trial period offered by Waive.
  • ➔  Pays for their first month of Waive subscription following the free two month trial period.

2.3. The Reward will be applied to the Referrer’s account in the billing cycle following the Referee’s successful completion of their first paid month.

3. Referral Process

3.1. The Referrer must provide Waive the name of the Referee by emailing support@waive.com.au.

3.2. The Referee must sign up via the Waive website (www.waive.com.au) for the Referrer to be eligible for the Reward.

4. Limitations

4.1. There is no limit to the number of Referees a Referrer can refer.

4.2. Rewards are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or other forms of credit.

5. Termination and Modification

5.1. Waive reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Refer-a-Firm program or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on Waive’s website or through other communications.

5.2. Waive reserves the right to disqualify any Referrer or Referee from participation in the Refer-a-Firm program if they are found to be in violation of these Terms or if they engage in any fraudulent or unethical behaviour.

6. Miscellaneous

6.1. Participation in the Refer-a-Firm program is voluntary and does not constitute a contractual obligation between the Referrer and Waive.

6.2. Waive is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by Referrers or Referees while participating in the Refer-a-Firm program.

6.3. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Waive operates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
